IMPORTANT NOTES

Minimum premium is $25 per policy.
For amateur sports teams only.
Minimum of 3 people traveling together.
Available only to Canadian residents covered by provincial or territorial government health insurance plan (GHIP) for the full period of coverage.
Maximum period of coverage is 35 days.
Maximum age is 60 years.
Sports not listed are covered under the U.S.A. Plan and non-U.S.A. Plan other than speed contests usually and customarily in excess of 60 km per hour, professional sport activities, and organized motor sport contests.
