If you have been hospitalized you must call Travel Insurance Coordinators claims at:

• 1-800-995-1662 or collect at 604-639-8849 or 416-340-0049

within 24 hours. Failure to do so without reasonable cause will reduce eligible expenses by 20%. To make a claim fill out the claim form completely and include all original bills. Claims can also be reported on the Travel Insurance Co-ordinators website at www.travelinsurance.ca
