ELIGIBILITY
Insured persons shall be considered those persons who:
- are under age 70;
- are Canadian citizens or hold Canadian landed immigrant status.

INSURING AGREEMENT
The expatriate health insurance under this policy is designed to cover Canadian citizens or those who hold Canadian landed immigrant status for injury or sickness while working or living outside Canada.

MAXIMUM LIMIT
The overall limit per injury or sickness shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 Canadian.
